Sheryl Dawson is widely recognized for her expertise in the areas of talent management consulting, program design and development, project management, and business planning and development. Ms. Dawson specializes in the implementation of assessment for all talent management applications including selection, leadership and career development, and succession planning. She conveys her passion for influencing the quality of life of those she touches daily in her commitment to personal and professional growth including spiritual, emotional, and intellectual.

Ms. Dawson earned an MBA from the University of Houston - Clear Lake with honors. She is co-author of Job Search: The Total System, now in its 4th edition. As author, speaker, and consultant, she is sought after by professional and community organizations and publications to share her expertise on talent, career and organizational related topics. She is a member of the Advisory Board for UTHealth School of Biomedical Informatics.
